Dynapar Spas Tablet is used for the following:

• Managing discomfort and pain associated with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

• Alleviating abdominal cramps in cases of intestinal colic

• Reducing bloating and discomfort due to gastritis

• Easing abdominal pain and cramps associated with dyspepsia.

Here's how you should take Dynapar Spas Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush or chew the tablet, it needs to be swallowed whole.

• Always take this medicine with food.

Dynapar Spas Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Diclofenac (50 mg): This NSAID reduces the production of prostaglandins. Prostaglandins are chemical messengers that cause abdominal pain, inflammation, and fever. By inhibiting them, diclofenac effectively manages pain.

• Dicyclomine (20 mg): This anticholinergic agent works by blocking the action of a neurotransmitter called acetylcholine. Acetylcholine is responsible for muscle contraction in the gut. By preventing its action, dicyclomine relaxes the smooth muscles in the stomach and intestines to alleviate spasms and discomfort.
