Eldoper OZ Tablet interacts with the following medicines:

• Antacids and Iron Supplements: These can decrease the absorption of ofloxacin, an ingredient in Eldoper OZ Tablet. Examples include aluminium hydroxide and ferrous sulphate.

• Anticoagulants: Ofloxacin can enhance the blood-thinning effect of anticoagulants like warfarin, increasing the risk of bleeding.

• Bronchodilators: Ofloxacin may increase levels of bronchodilators such as theophylline, leading to toxicity.

Foods high in calcium, like milk and cheese, can reduce the absorption of ofloxacin.

Eldoper OZ Tablet interacts with the following diseases:

• Liver Disease: If you have liver problems, the Eldoper OZ Tablet might need to be used cautiously as it could potentially worsen your condition.

• Kidney Disease: This medicine should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease, as dose adjustments may be necessary.

• Myasthenia Gravis: Eldoper OZ Tablet is not recommended for use if you have this muscle weakness condition, as it can worsen your symptoms.
