Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and duration of Emeset 8 mg Tablet MD. Wet hands should not be used to handle the tablets. Do not swallow it after putting it in your mouth. Emeset 8 mg Tablet MD can be taken with or without food, however, it is best if you take it at the same time every day.

Dead cells in the body begin releasing a substance called serotonin directly into the circulation during radiotherapy, chemotherapy, abdominal infection, or any significant surgery. Later, this stimulates particular areas in your child's body that are responsible for causing vomiting. Emeset 8 mg Tablet MD is given soon before the procedure to assist block the action of this substance on the brain's vomiting centres and prevent vomiting.
