Endobloc 10 Tablet is used for:

• Managing Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH): This medicine is used to manage high blood pressure in the arteries that carry blood from the heart to the lungs.

• Improving Exercise Capacity: It helps increase the ability to exercise in people with PAH.

• Delaying Clinical Worsening: Endobloc 10 Tablet is used to delay the progression of symptoms in people with PAH.

• Combination Therapy: It can be used along with tadalafil, another medication, to reduce the risk of disease progression and hospitalisation due to PAH.

Here's how you should take Endobloc 10 Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Avoid breaking, crushing or chewing the tablet.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.

• Continue taking this medicine even if you feel well; don't stop without speaking to your doctor first.

Endobloc 10 Tablet is taken orally.

Endobloc 10 Tablet contains one active ingredient called Ambrisentan (10 mg). Here's how it works:

• ETA Receptor Blockade: Ambrisentan selectively blocks a type of receptor in your body known as the endothelin type-A (ETA) receptor. Endothelin is a substance that can cause blood vessels to become narrower.

• Blood Vessel Relaxation: By blocking the ETA receptor, Ambrisentan prevents endothelin from narrowing the blood vessels in your lungs. This helps the vessels to relax and widen, reducing the blood pressure within them.

• Reduced Workload on the Heart: As the blood vessels in the lungs become wider and the blood pressure decreases, the right side of your heart does not have to work as hard to pump blood through the lungs. This can help alleviate symptoms of PAH and improve your exercise capacity.

• Store Endobloc 10 Tablet at room temperature below 30°C.

• Keep the medicine in its original package to protect it from light and moisture.

• Ensure the product is kept out of reach of children.

• Always use Endobloc 10 Tablet before its expiry date.
