Entroflora Capsule is taken orally.

Entroflora Capsule contains several active ingredients:

• Bacillus clausii (2 billion CFUs): This ingredient forms resistant spores that survive the acidic stomach environment, reducing diarrhoea duration by stimulating gut immune defences and inhibiting harmful pathogens.

• Bifidobacterium lactis (275 million CFUs) & Bifidobacterium longum (1 billion CFUs): These are normal inhabitants of the colon that assist in breaking down undigested carbohydrates, absorbing nutrients, and fighting off harmful organisms.

• Lactobacillus acidophilus (500 million CFUs) & Lactobacillus rhamnosus (1 billion CFUs): They adhere to intestinal cells, maintain microbial balance, support immune function, and produce lactic acid which inhibits many pathogens.

• Fructooligosaccharides (100 mg): These are prebiotic fibres that stimulate the growth and activity of healthy gut bacteria like Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli.

• Saccharomyces boulardii (30 million CFUs, lyophilized): This yeast modulates intestinal microbiota and has anti-inflammatory, antitoxin, and antisecretory properties. It is clinically proven to prevent and treat various types of diarrhoea.
