Enzoflam Microgel is used for managing localised musculoskeletal discomfort. It combines a fast-acting blend of active ingredients known for their soothing and anti-inflammatory properties. The formulation includes Diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that helps reduce inflammation, and Capsaicin, which delivers a warming effect and may reduce pain signals over time. 

• Diclofenac Diethylamine (1.16%): Diclofenac Diethylamine is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent that helps manage pain and inflammation by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis. When applied topically, it may support relief from muscle aches, joint stiffness, and swelling. It works directly on the affected area to help ease discomfort caused by strains or arthritis.
   
• Capsaicin (0.025%): Capsaicin is a natural compound extracted from chilli peppers, known for its warming effect. It influences pain receptor activity and may help reduce the transmission of pain signals over time. This action may provide relief in cases of muscle tension, chronic joint discomfort, or recurring aches.
   
• Methyl Salicylate (5%): Methyl Salicylate is a counter-irritant that produces an alternating cooling and warming sensation. This dual action may help soothe tense muscles, reduce localised stiffness, and relax the affected area. It supports improved comfort during minor muscle or joint flare-ups.
   
• Menthol (5%): Menthol stimulates cold-sensitive receptors in the skin, creating a cooling effect. This sensory response may help reduce the perception of pain and bring about temporary relief from soreness. It is commonly used to help soothe muscular fatigue and calm irritated areas.
   
• Other Ingredients: Benzyl Alcohol (preservative) and Ointment base.

• Muscle Stiffness: The warming effect of Capsaicin and Methyl Salicylate in Enzoflam Microgel can contribute to easing muscle tightness, which may help improve mobility and manage cramping or stiffness.

• Apply a thin layer to the affected area three to four times daily.
• Gently massage until fully absorbed.
• Wash your hands after use, unless you are applying medication to them.
• Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, or broken skin.
• Do not bandage or apply external heat after application.
