Valethamate (10 Mg)

Epidosin Tablet is primarily used to manage the discomfort associated with smooth muscle spasms. This medicine belongs to a class of medications known as anticholinergic and spasmolytic agents.

This tablet is also used for conditions such as dysmenorrhoea (painful menstruation), post-operative pain, intestinal spasms, and spasms of the urinary tract and bile duct. It also aids in cervical dilation during labour.

Before you start taking this medicine, it is essential to consult your doctor about the correct dosage and frequency. Your doctor needs to know about any ongoing medications or pre-existing conditions you may have. If you experience any side effects while on this medicine, inform your doctor immediately. Directions for Use of Epidosin Tablet 10

Swallow Epidosin Tablet whole with a glass of water.
Do not crush or chew the tablet, as this may affect the way the medication is absorbed in the body.
Take this tablet at fixed times each day to maintain a consistent level of medication.

Epidosin Tablet is taken orally.

This relaxation leads to pain relief in conditions like dysmenorrhoea and renal colic.

Pregnancy

Caution is advised while taking Epidosin Tablet if you are pregnant. It is best to consult your doctor before receiving this medicine.

Breastfeeding
