Etova-MR Tablet may interact with the following medications, including

• Pain-relieving medicines such as aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, diclofenac, and phenylbutazone can lead to stomach bleeding when taken with this tablet.
• Immunospurresants such as cyclosporin may increase the risk of kidney damage when taken with this tablet.
• Antidepressants such as lithium can cause toxicity when taken with this tablet.
• Anticoagulants such as warfarin can cause more bleeding when taken with this tablet.
• Medicine for treating heart problems, such as digoxin and frusemide, can cause toxicity when taken with this tablet.
• Antigout medicine, such as probenecid, can have reduced effectiveness when taken with this tablet.
• Rheumatoid arthritis medicine, such as methotrexate, can cause toxicity when taken with this tablet.
• Medicine used to induce abortion, such as mifepristone, when taken with this tablet can decrease the effect of this tablet.

Etova-MR Tablet can interact with conditions/diseases, including

• Heart failure: This tablet can increase the risk of heart failure.
• Fluid retention (oedema): This tablet can increase fluid retention.
• Asthma: This tablet can worsen your asthma.
• Gastrointestinal ulcer/bleeding: This tablet can aggravate your bleeding.
• High blood pressure: This tablet can fluctuate your blood pressure.
• Hyperkalemia (high levels of potassium): This tablet can increase potassium levels in the body.
• Thrombosis (formation of clots): This tablet can increase blood clots.
• Anaemia (low red blood cells): This tablet can worsen anaemia.

The daily dose of Etova-MR Tablet should be taken as your doctor prescribes. The dosage may change based on individual factors such as age, severity of the condition, and response to treatment.

In case of an accidental overdose of Etova-MR Tablet, seek immediate medical attention by contacting your doctor or visiting the nearest hospital. Signs of an overdose may include lethargy, sleepiness, nausea, vomiting, and stomach pain.

If you miss a dose of Etova-MR Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. However, avoid repeating the dose.
