Exena-25 Tablet contains Mirabegron (25 mg). This ingredient works on your body in the following ways:

• Activates Beta-3 Receptors: Mirabegron activates the beta-3 receptors present on the detrusor muscle of your bladder. The detrusor muscle is what helps your bladder contract and release, allowing urine to pass out of your body.

• Relaxes the Bladder: By activating the beta-3 receptors, Mirabegron relaxes the bladder. This action increases the bladder's capacity to hold urine, which helps in managing overactive bladder symptoms.
