Fexofast 120 MG Tablet 10 is used for the following:

• Swallow the whole tablet with a glass of water.

• Do not drink fruit juices like grapefruit, apple, or orange when taking this medicine, as it may reduce its effectiveness.

Fexofast 120 MG Tablet 10 contains fexofenadine (120 mg), which acts on your body in the following ways:

• Histamine H1 Receptor Antagonism: Fexofenadine selectively blocks peripheral histamine H1 receptors. Histamine is a chemical released during an allergic reaction, and its interaction with H1 receptors can cause symptoms such as itching and sneezing. Blocking these receptors helps reduce these symptoms.
