Fibator Tablet is used for the following:

• Lowering the risk of heart attacks

• Managing high levels of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol in the blood

• Managing high triglyceride levels in the blood

To ensure you get the maximum benefit from Fibator Tablet, follow these instructions:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.

• Take the medicine at the same time each day for optimal effect.

• It's crucial not to exceed your prescribed dose without consulting your doctor.

Fibator Tablet is taken orally.

Fibator Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Atorvastatin (10 mg): This statin medication works by inhibiting an enzyme known as HMG-CoA reductase. This enzyme is crucial in the production of cholesterol in your liver. By blocking it, atorvastatin effectively lowers LDL cholesterol levels in your blood.

• Fenofibrate (145 mg): This fibrate medication activates a receptor called peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha (PPAR-α). PPAR-α plays a significant role in lipid metabolism, meaning it helps control fat levels in your body. When activated by fenofibrate, it leads to decreased triglyceride levels and increased high-density lipoprotein (HDL) or "good" cholesterol levels.

• Keep the medicine away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.

• Ensure it's not within reach of children.

• Make sure to use Fibator Tablet before its expiry date.
