• Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH): Non-cancerous enlargement of the prostate gland in men, causing difficulty in passing urine, frequent urination, increased frequency at night, and inability to empty the bladder.
• Bladder Muscle Dysfunction: Reduced ability of the bladder muscles to relax and contract properly, leading to urinary problems such as urgency and frequent urination.
• Prostate Gland Enlargement: An increase in the size of the prostate gland, which can cause urinary symptoms like weak urine flow and incomplete bladder emptying.

• Take one tablet at the same time every day.
• Consult your doctor for specific advice on when and how to take this medicine.
• Do not crush or chew the tablet.
• If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it's close to the next scheduled dose.
• Avoid doubling doses to make up for missed ones.

Flokind D Tablet is taken orally. It should not be used in any other way.

Flokind D Tablet contains two active ingredients: tamsulosin and dutasteride.

• Tamsulosin works by relaxing the muscles of the bladder and prostate, allowing for easier passage of urine.
• Dutasteride helps reduce the size of an enlarged prostate by inhibiting the activity of an enzyme called 5-alpha reductase. This enzyme converts testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which contributes to prostate enlargement. By reducing DHT levels, dutasteride helps shrink the enlarged prostate.

• Store Flokind D Tablet in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
• Protect the medicine from moisture by keeping it in the original packaging or using a moisture-resistant container.
• Keep the medicine out of reach and sight of children to prevent accidental ingestion.
• Make sure to use Flokind D Tablet before its expiry date mentioned on the package.

• Maintain a healthy diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains to support overall prostate health.
• Stay hydrated by drinking an adequate amount of water throughout the day.
• Limit your intake of caffeine and alcohol, as they can irritate the bladder and worsen urinary symptoms.
• Avoid consuming large amounts of fluids before bedtime to reduce nighttime urination.
• Engage in regular physical exercise such as walking or cycling to improve overall well-being.
• Practice stress management techniques.
