Fluarix Injection is used: 

• To prevent Influenza (flu)

Fluarix Injection is intramuscular administration only. 

Fluarix Injection contains the following ingredient:

• Inactivated influenza virus (H1N1-like strain) (15 mg): The inactivated virus prompts the immune system to recognise and produce specific antibodies against influenza. This immune response is akin to the body's defence mechanism against the actual virus.
• The generated antibodies serve as a memory for the immune system. In the event of future exposure to the live influenza virus, the immune system can rapidly recognise and mount a defence, preventing or minimising the severity of the infection.

• Store Fluarix Injection in a refrigerator (2°C - 8°C), and avoid freezing.
• Keep the product in its original packaging to shield it from light.
• Keep Fluarix Injection out of children's sight and reach.
• Do not use this vaccine after the expiration date.
• Dispose of unused medicines in an environmentally friendly way; consult your pharmacist for guidance on proper disposal methods.

• Boost your immunity with vitamin C-rich foods like tomatoes, strawberries, and citrus fruits.
• Incorporate omega-3 fatty acids into your diet for heart health; opt for low-fat cooking oils such as olive, soybean, canola, and coconut oil.
• Add turmeric or yellow mustard to your meals and ensure ample fluid intake to stay hydrated.
• Consume a nourishing diet filled with fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and low-fat dairy, steering clear of processed and deep-fried foods.
• Limit your intake of caffeinated beverages.
• Steer clear of alcohol consumption as it can contribute to dehydration and negatively affect the quality of your sleep.
