• For oral hygiene, mix with an equal amount of water, swish around your mouth for 30 seconds, then spit out
• In case of earwax removal, tilt your head and pour 5-10 drops into the ear canal. Let it bubble for 5-10 minutes before draining
• For household disinfection, apply directly to pre-cleaned surfaces and allow contact time of at least 1 minute before wiping away
