K Cit Solution 450ml is used for supporting urinary health. It is formulated to help reduce urine acidity and manage metabolic imbalances in kidney issues. It contains Citric acid and Potassium citrate, which may dissolve and reduce the formation of crystals in the urine. Citric acid binds with salts and Potassium citrate helps neutralise acid in the blood and urine. This combination may protect the kidneys from stone formation and support overall renal health.

• Citric Acid Monohydrate: Citric Acid Monohydrate helps manage the formation of crystals in the urine by binding with salts. It may help reduce the risk of kidney stones. It also helps in breaking down small deposits before they grow into larger stones.
   
• Potassium Citrate Monohydrate: It is an alkaline compound that helps neutralise urine acidity and may help reduce the accumulation of salts. It helps support kidney function by maintaining a balanced pH level in the urine and may reduce complications.

• Usual paediatric dose, one teaspoonful (5 ml) diluted with 1/2 glass of water after a meal and at bedtime, or as directed by the healthcare provider.
• Preferably to take each dose after meals to avoid saline laxative effects.
