Kenadion Tablet is employed for the following:

• Managing bleeding due to vitamin K deficiency

• Preventing hemorrhagic disease in newborns

• Reversing effects of anticoagulant-induced hypoprothrombinemia, like those from warfarin overdose

• Assisting in the prevention of bleeding in patients suffering from biliary obstruction or malabsorption states

• Providing prophylaxis against haemorrhage in surgical patients

Here are some general directions for taking Kenadion Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet as a whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush or chew the tablet.

• Always follow the dosage prescribed by your doctor.

Kenadion Tablet contains Phytomenadione (1 mg) as its active component, which works on the body in the following ways:
