Kerasol F Lotion 15ml

Kerasol-F Lotion is used for the following:

• Managing common warts: These are small, hard bumps that appear on the skin due to a viral infection.

• Addressing plantar warts: These are hard, grainy growths that typically appear on the heels or balls of your feet.

• Softening and removing corns: These are thickened patches of skin that usually develop on your toes.

• Helping with calluses: These are thick, hardened layers of skin that can develop when your skin tries to protect itself against friction and pressure.

Ensure you follow these instructions while using Kerasol-F Lotion:

• Clean and dry the affected area thoroughly before application.

• Apply the lotion directly onto the area with a wart, corn, or callus.

• If you're dealing with plantar corn or warts, apply once more after 12 hours.

• When managing warts, lightly rub the surface with a mild abrasive prior to applying.

• Allow the lotion to completely dry after application.

Kerasol-F Lotion is applied topically.

Kerasol-F Lotion contains two active ingredients:

• Salicylic Acid (17%): This beta-hydroxy acid (BHA) is a strong keratolytic agent that breaks down keratin, a protein that forms most of the skin's structure. By dissolving the 'glue' that holds skin cells together, salicylic acid promotes shedding of the outer layer of skin to effectively remove warts, corns, and calluses.

• Lactic Acid (17%): As an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA), lactic acid acts as a keratolytic agent, which means it helps soften and exfoliate hardened skin. This enables the mechanical removal of corns, warts, and calluses without pain. Moreover, lactic acid has antiviral properties which assist in eliminating the virus causing warts.

• Store Kerasol-F Lotion at room temperature, ideally between 20°-25°C.

• Keep it away from direct heat and sunlight to prevent degradation of active ingredients.

• If you're using Kerasol-F Lotion for warts, try to maintain good personal hygiene habits. Regular washing of hands can help prevent the spread of the virus causing warts.

• For those managing corns or calluses, consider wearing comfortable shoes with ample space. Tight footwear can contribute to the development of these skin conditions. Also, regular foot care routines like moisturising can help manage these conditions effectively.
