Keto 4s Cream 15GM contains four active ingredients that work together to manage skin infections:

• Mometasone (0.1%): As a synthetic corticosteroid, it possesses anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive properties, thus reducing inflammation and itching and narrowing blood vessels in the skin.

• Ofloxacin (0.75%): This fluoroquinolone antibiotic blocks certain enzymes in bacteria, preventing DNA replicat, thus stopping their growth.

• Ornidazole (2%): targets anaerobic bacteria and protozoa by disrupting their DNA, which leads to cell death.

• Terbinafine (1%): An allylamine antifungal agent that blocks an enzyme crucial for ergosterol synthesis in fungal cell membranes. The absence of ergosterol causes the cells to break down, leading to their eventual death.
