Kofaresr 7.5mg Drops is used to treat wet cough (cough with mucus) in children who have a sore throat or asthma. It also soothes your child's throat, clears congestion, and allows for easier breathing. Kofaresr 7.5mg Drops should be given with or without meals. If your child has an upset stomach, it's best to give it alongside food. Depending on the severity of the sickness, you may need to give this drug to your child for a few days to weeks. Even if your child begins to feel better, do not discontinue the medication abruptly on your own for optimum benefit; instead, continue the medication until the full specified course has been completed. Also, if you want your child to feel better quickly, don't give more than the authorised dose because it may have unintended consequences and exacerbate their health.
