Lecet-AM Tablet is used for managing:

• Chronic and acute bronchitis

• Respiratory complications post-surgery

• Symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis

• Pneumonia, particularly when mucus build-up is a problem

• Bronchiectasis, a condition causing abnormal widening of the bronchi

• Symptoms of chronic idiopathic urticaria, a type of skin rash or hives

• Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), a group of lung diseases causing breathing difficulties

• Sinusitis, an inflammation or swelling of the tissue lining the sinuses

• Follow the dosage and timing instructions provided by your doctor precisely.

• Do not change or exceed the prescribed dose without consulting your doctor.

• Consult your doctor before discontinuing the medication; do not stop taking it without their guidance.

• Adhere to the dietary recommendations given by your doctor.

Lecet-AM Tablet is taken orally.

Lecet-AM Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Ambroxol (60 mg): As a mucolytic agent, ambroxol works by breaking down mucus in your airways. This action makes the mucus thinner and less sticky, which aids in its removal from your respiratory tract. Consequently, it improves breathing and reduces coughing. Ambroxol also has anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce irritation in your airways.

• Levocetirizine (5 mg): Classified as an antihistamine, levocetirizine operates by blocking histamine's action at the H1 receptor. By doing so, it reduces allergy symptoms such as runny nose, sneezing, itching, and watery eyes. Moreover, levocetirizine has anti-inflammatory actions that help reduce swelling and irritation in nasal passages.

• Store Lecet-AM Tablet at room temperature.

• Keep it in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

• Ensure this medicine is out of the reach of children.

• Remember to check the expiry date on the pack and use it before that.

• If you suffer from respiratory issues managed by Lecet-AM Tablet, avoid exposure to dust, pollution and smoke as these may worsen your symptoms.
