The effectiveness of Lobate-GM Neo Cream is due to the combined action of its three active ingredients:

• Clobetasol Propionate (0.05%): This potent synthetic corticosteroid binds to glucocorticoid receptors in your body. This reduces inflammation, itching, and redness associated with skin conditions. It also suppresses the immune system locally, which helps manage inflammatory skin disorders.

• Neomycin (0.5%): This aminoglycoside antibiotic is effective against a wide range of gram-negative and some gram-positive bacteria.
