Lomaday 400mg Tablet is used to treat bacterial infections. It's also used to treat infections of the urinary tract, nose, throat, skin, and soft tissues, as well as infections of the lungs (pneumonia). It treats the infection by preventing the responsible germs from multiplying. Lomaday 400mg Tablet should be taken according to your doctor's instructions for dosage and duration. It can be taken with or without food and should be taken at a set time. Avoid ingesting aluminium or magnesium-containing antacids within 2 hours before or after taking this drug. Taking antacids, sucralfate, or vitamin or mineral supplements too soon to an antibiotic dose might drastically reduce the antibiotic's effectiveness. Even if you feel better, do not miss any doses and complete the entire course of treatment. To make up for a missing dose, do not take a double dose. Simply proceed to the next dose as scheduled.
