The recommended dose for adults and children over 12 years old is 2 tablets initially, followed by 1 tablet after each loose stool, up to a maximum of 4 tablets in 24 hours. For children aged 6 to 12 years old, the recommended dose is 1 tablet initially, followed by 1 tablet after each loose stool, up to a maximum of 3 tablets in 24 hours.
