Lipocortin Induction: It triggers proteins called lipocortins that limit the production of substances causing inflammation like prostaglandins and leukotrienes.
Arachidonic Acid Inhibition: It decreases the release of arachidonic acid which is a precursor for inflammation-causing substances.
