Mabura 40 MG Injection is used for the following:

• Management of rheumatoid arthritis.

• Control of psoriatic arthritis.

• Reduction of ankylosing spondylitis symptoms.

• Management of Crohn's disease.

• Control of ulcerative colitis.

• Alleviation of plaque psoriasis symptoms.

• Management of hidradenitis suppurativa.

• Control of non-infectious uveitis.

• Management of juvenile idiopathic arthritis (in children 2 years and older).

Administer Mabura 40 MG Injection as follows:

• This medicine will be administered as a subcutaneous injection by a healthcare professional, usually under your skin.

• Rotate the sites for each injection. You could choose from your thigh, abdomen, or upper arm.

• For specific instructions regarding dosage and frequency, consult your doctor.

Mabura 40 MG Injection is administered subcutaneously.

Mabura 40 MG Injection contains adalimumab (40 MG) which works on your body in the following ways:

• Binds to TNF-alpha: Adalimumab binds to a protein in your body called TNF-alpha. This protein is a major player in causing inflammation in your body.

• Reduces inflammation: By binding to TNF-alpha, adalimumab inhibits its activity. This effectively reduces inflammation, pain, and other symptoms associated with autoimmune disorders.

• Keep Mabura 40 MG Injection in the fridge, ideally between 2°C and 8°C.

• Do not freeze the injection or expose it to extreme heat or sunlight.

• If needed, you can store it at room temperature (up to 25°C) for up to 14 days. Discard if not used after this period.

• Keep the medicine out of the reach of children.
