Paracetamol/acetaminophen (500 Mg)

Metacin Tablet belongs to the drug category called analgesics (painkillers). It is mainly used to relieve pain and fever. It is available as an over-the-counter medicine.

It helps with headaches, migraines, toothaches, sore throats, period (menstrual) pains, arthritis, muscle aches, and the common cold.

It is best to take a Metacin Tablet with food as this will avoid an upset stomach. Inform your doctor duly about any pre-existing diseases and mention all the medicines that you are currently taking. Your doctor will carefully review and decide regarding the dosage & frequency of use of Metacin Tablet.

The Metacin Tablet is used for:

Fever
Relief from pain in conditions such as arthritis (joint pains), muscle pain (pain in body parts like legs and arms), and tooth pain

Take the tablet with one whole glass of water.
Swallow the tablet as a whole; do not crush or chew it.
Take the tablet at fixed times each day to maintain a consistent level of medication.

Daily Dose

Over Dose

Consider using back support, such as a rolled-up towel, to reduce discomfort in the lower back. Keep your knees and hips at a right angle for added comfort.
