The Metroga 400 Tablet is used for the following:

• Managing various bacterial infections in different organs such as the liver, stomach, and intestines.

• Addressing respiratory tract infections in the lungs.

• Handling genitourinary tract conditions, particularly infections in the vagina.

• Assisting with central nervous system infections affecting the brain.

• Helping manage endocarditis, a condition affecting the heart.

• Assisting with leg ulcers and pressure sores.

• Swallow the tablet whole with some food to ease digestion.

• Do not break, crush or chew the tablet.

Metroga 400 Tablet is taken orally.

Metroga 400 Tablet contains metronidazole (400 mg), which works on your body as follows:

• Damages DNA: Metronidazole penetrates the cell membranes of susceptible organisms and damages their DNA. DNA is essential for the normal functioning and multiplication of bacterial or parasitic cells.

• Inhibits Growth: By damaging the DNA within these cells, metronidazole disrupts their normal functions. This action effectively inhibits their growth and proliferation.

• Resolves Infection: By stopping the proliferation of disease-causing microorganisms, metronidazole helps resolve the infection and alleviate symptoms.
