Mirakem S 25 Tablet is used for the following:

• Management of overactive bladder symptoms in adults.

• Reducing urinary urgency, which is a sudden and compelling need to urinate.

• Lessening increased urinary frequency, or needing to urinate more often than usual.

• Controlling urge incontinence, where there's involuntary leakage of urine accompanied by an intense need to urinate.

When taking Mirakem S 25 Tablet, please follow these directions:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not chew, divide, or crush the tablet.

Mirakem S 25 Tablet is taken orally.

Mirakem S 25 Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Mirabegron (25 mg): This is a beta-3 adrenergic agonist, which works by stimulating beta-3 receptors that help relax the detrusor smooth muscle of your bladder. As a result, your bladder capacity is increased, reducing both the frequency and intensity of bladder contractions.

• Solifenacin (5 mg): This is an antimuscarinic agent, which works against the effect of acetylcholine on muscarinic receptors in your bladder. This action decreases the frequency and intensity of involuntary bladder contractions, thereby reducing the urgency and frequency of urination.

• Store Mirakem S 25 Tablet at room temperature, ideally below 30°C.

• Keep it protected from moisture to maintain its efficacy.

• Make sure to place the medicine in a location out of reach of children.

• Use the medicine before the expiry date printed on the packaging.

• To help manage the symptoms of overactive bladder, limit your intake of drinks containing caffeine, such as coffee and tea, as these can exacerbate urinary urgency and frequency.

• Regular pelvic floor exercises can help strengthen your bladder control and reduce episodes of urge incontinence.
