Moisturex Cream 100gm

Moisturex Cream 100gm is used for providing intensive hydration and exfoliation for dry and rough skin. It is an emollient formulated with urea, lactic acid, propylene glycol, and liquid paraffin. This cream helps with various skin conditions, including dry, fissured feet, winter itch, and post-menopausal dryness. Urea and lactic acid work together to smoothen the skin and remove dead cells, improving skin texture and appearance. Propylene glycol acts as a humectant, drawing moisture into the skin and facilitating the absorption of other ingredients. Liquid paraffin forms an occlusive layer over the skin, effectively managing moisture loss and maintaining hydration. This combination soothes and heals the skin, enhancing its elasticity and overall health.

• Urea (10% w/w): It is a keratolytic agent that softens and dissolves keratin, facilitating the removal of dead skin cells and reducing roughness.
   
• Lactic Acid (10% w/w): It is an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) that gently exfoliates the skin’s surface, removing dull and dead cells to help promote a smoother skin texture.
