Montek Lc Tablet 10

Montek LC Tablet is used to manage allergic conditions such as allergic rhinitis and chronic urticaria. It helps relieve sneezing, runny or blocked nose, watery eyes, itching, and nasal congestion by reducing allergic reactions and airway inflammation, improving overall respiratory comfort and daily functioning.

• Swallow the whole tablet with a glass of water.
• Do not crush or chew the tablet, as this may affect the way the medication is absorbed in the body.
• Do not change your dose of this tablet or take them more often than prescribed.

Montek LC Tablet is taken orally.

Montek LC Tablet contains the following components:

• Montelukast (10 mg): It is a leukotriene receptor antagonists, which block the action of leukotrienes, chemicals that cause inflammation and swelling in the airways. 
• Levocetirizine (5 mg): It is an antihistamine that blocks the effects of histamine, a chemical released by the body during an allergic reaction. Histamine causes sneezing, runny or stuffy nose, itching, and watery eyes. It blocks the effects of histamine to reduce these symptoms.

• Store Montek LC Tablet below 30 ºC.
• Protect Montek LC Tablet from light and moisture.
• Keep Montek LC Tablets away from children.
• Do not use the tablet beyond the expiration date printed on the label.

• If you have allergies or asthma, avoid consuming foods such as dairy products, wheat, shellfish, nuts, and soy which can trigger symptoms.
• Keep your body hydrated to reduce inflammation and promote healthy respiratory function.
• If you smoke, quitting is the best action for your health.
• Avoid triggers such as dust, mites, pet dander, and pollen. Use face masks and air filters for the same.
• Have a well-balanced meal rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein to support your immunity and reduce the risk of inflammation.
