CYP2C8 Inhibitors: Co-administration of Mopaday-15 Tablet with gemfibrozil may significantly increase exposure to pioglitazone, another component of this medicine.
CYP2C8 Inducers: Medicines like rifampin may significantly decrease pioglitazone exposure and therapeutic effect when taken with Mopaday-15 Tablet.

Severe Renal Impairment: This medication is contraindicated in patients with severe renal impairment.
