Mox Cv 625 Tablet 10 is used to manage the following health conditions:

• Acute bacterial sinusitis

• Acute middle ear infection, also known as acute otitis media

• Lower respiratory tract infections, such as bronchitis and pneumonia

• Acute kidney infection, medically known as acute pyelonephritis

• Acute bladder infection, medically referred to as acute cystitis

• Dental abscesses and other severe dental infections

• Skin and skin structure infections

• Bone and joint infections

• Infections within the abdomen, known as intra-abdominal infections

• Gonorrhoea, a sexually transmitted infection.

To use Mox Cv 625 Tablet 10 correctly:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Take it with a meal or snack to minimise stomach upset.

• Do not crush or chew the tablet.

Mox Cv 625 Tablet 10 contains two active ingredients:

• Amoxicillin (500 mg): As a semisynthetic penicillin antibiotic, amoxicillin works by inhibiting the synthesis of bacterial cell walls. This action disrupts the reproduction process of bacteria, thereby reducing their numbers in your body.

• Clavulanic Acid (125 mg): This component acts as a beta-lactamase inhibitor with little antimicrobial activity of its own. However, it enhances the antibacterial effectiveness of amoxicillin by protecting it from degradation by beta-lactamases – enzymes secreted by certain resistant bacteria that would otherwise render amoxicillin ineffective.

• Store Mox Cv 625 Tablet 10 in a dry place at room temperature, ideally between 20°C to 25°C.
