Moxmentin 400mg/57mg Suspension can be given with or without food. It is preferable to take it with food because this improves absorption and reduces the chance of stomach upset. The doctor may advise you to take it twice or three times a day. The amount of medicine prescribed is determined by the severity of the infection, its type, and your child's weight and age.
