Myonext Tablet 10

MyoNext Tablet is used for the following:

• Supporting overall health in women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)

• Enhancing red blood cell formation to prevent anaemia

• Reducing the risk of neural tube defects in fetal development

• Regulating homocysteine levels for better cardiovascular health

• Improving sleep quality and duration by regulating the sleep-wake cycle

• Protecting cells from oxidative stress, acting as an antioxidant

• Managing anxiety and mood disorders

• Benefiting those with diabetes and metabolic syndrome by improving insulin sensitivity

• Supporting ovarian function and fertility in women with PCOS

• Helping reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety

When taking MyoNext Tablet, keep these instructions in mind:

• Swallow the tablet whole, without crushing or chewing it.

• Use a glass of water to take down the tablet.

• Follow your doctor's advice on when to take the tablet.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.

MyoNext Tablet is taken orally.

MyoNext Tablet contains three active ingredients:

• Folic Acid (1000 mcg): Folic acid gets converted into its active form, 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), in the body. 5-MTHF is involved in the creation of DNA, the formation of red blood cells, and the metabolism of homocysteine—a harmful substance when present at high levels.

• Melatonin (1.5 mg): Melatonin interacts with certain receptors in the brain, helping regulate our body's internal clock and promoting sleep. It also acts as an antioxidant, combating free radicals which can damage cells if left unchecked.

• Myo-inositol (1 gm): Myo-inositol is a vital part of the phosphatidylinositol signalling pathway. This process regulates insulin sensitivity, which is beneficial for those with PCOS, diabetes, and metabolic syndrome. Additionally, it plays a role in maintaining the quality of oocytes (cells that develop into eggs) and the development of follicles (small sacs in the ovaries where eggs mature).

• Keep your MyoNext Tablet in a dry place at room temperature.

• Avoid exposing the tablet to direct sunlight or excessive heat.

• This product should be kept out of the reach of children for their safety.

• Ensure to use the medicine before its expiry date to maintain its effectiveness.

• If you are diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and taking MyoNext Tablet, try to maintain a balanced diet rich in fibre and protein. This can help manage insulin resistance, a common issue in PCOS.

• Regular physical activity is beneficial as it can improve insulin sensitivity and hence support the effectiveness of MyoNext Tablet in managing PCOS symptoms.
