• Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) due to diabetes or diabetic nephropathy: Nefrosave Tablet is prescribed to individuals with diabetic nephropathy, a progressive condition that can eventually lead to chronic kidney disease. It is a common complication of diabetes and occurs when high blood sugar levels result in damage to the small blood vessels in the kidneys. It may require interventions such as blood sugar control, blood pressure management, and specific medications to slow the progression and protect kidney function. Regular monitoring and collaboration with healthcare professionals are crucial for managing diabetic nephropathy effectively. Nefrosave Tablet helps slow down kidney damage progression and preserve kidney function.
• Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) due to Hypertension: Prolonged high blood pressure can also damage the blood vessels in the kidneys, impairing their function over time. Proper blood pressure control is essential to prevent or slow down the progression of CKD due to hypertension. Nefrosave Tablet is prescribed in individuals with CKD caused by hypertension. It aids in protecting the kidneys from further damage and maintaining kidney function.
• Preventive medication for patients at a risk of developing contrast-induced acute kidney injury (CI-AKI): Nefrosave Tablet is also used as a preventive measure in patients who are at risk of developing kidney injury caused by contrast dye used in medical tests. These patients may have kidney problems, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart failure, older age, low fluid levels, unstable blood flow, or are taking medications that can harm the kidneys. 
• According to the guidelines from Kidney Disease Improving Global Outcomes, Nefrosave Tablet, along with a balanced saltwater solution (isotonic crystalloid) and N-Acetylcysteine (NAC), can be used in patients at higher risk of kidney injury from contrast dye.

• Swallow the Nefrosave Tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush or chew the Nefrosave Tablet, as this may affect the way the medication is absorbed in the body.
• Take the Nefrosave Tablet at fixed times each day to maintain a consistent level of medication. 
• Do not change your Nefrosave Tablet dose or take them more often than prescribed.
