Neopride Total Capsule can interact with medications, including:

• Antihypertensives such as captopril, enalapril, losartan, and diltiazem. Concomitant use may enhance the hypotensive effect of these medications.
• Antacids containing aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide. These can decrease the absorption of this capsule from the intestine.
• Gastrointestinal protectants such as sucralfate. It can decrease the absorption of this capsule from the intestine.
• Prokinetic agents such as cisapride. The concomitant use of prokinetic agents with this medication can cause arrhythmias. 
• Anticholinergics such as atropine, scopolamine, and homatropine. It can increase the risk of side effects due to these medications.
• Dopamine agonists such as levodopa. This capsule can decrease the efficacy of levodopa. 
• Loop diuretic such as furosemide. The concomitant use of these medications with this capsule may cause irregular heartbeat.
• Antiarrhythmics such as digoxin and quinidine. The concomitant use of these medications with this capsule may cause irregular heartbeat.
• Antihistamine such as terfenadine. The concomitant use of these medications with this capsule may cause irregular heartbeat.
• Antimalarial agents such as chloroquine. The concomitant use of these medications with this capsule may cause irregular heartbeat.
• Immunosuppressants such as tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil. This capsule may increase exposure to these medications.
• Antifungal agents such as ketoconazole and itraconazole. This capsule may decrease the absorption of these drugs.
• Anticoagulants such as warfarin can affect prothrombin time when taken with this medication.

Neopride Total Capsule can interact with diseases, including:

• Osteoporosis: Long-term and multiple daily doses of this capsule may be associated with an increased risk for osteoporosis-related fractures of the hip, wrist, or spine.
• Hypomagnesemia: Prolonged treatment with this capsule can cause low magnesium levels.
• Liver disease: This capsule may worsen the existing liver condition.
• History of neuroendocrine tumour: This capsule may interfere with the investigations of neuroendocrine tumours.
• Breast cancer: This capsule may increase prolactin levels. Therefore, caution is advised in patients with a history or a family history of breast cancer.
• Heart disease: This capsule may cause irregular heartbeat and worsen the existing heart condition.

Take the dose of Neopride Total Capsule as prescribed by your doctor. The dosage may change based on individual factors such as the severity of the condition and response to treatment. It is important to follow the prescribed dosage and not exceed it without consulting your doctor.

If you forgot to take Neopride Total Capsule, take it as soon as you remember. If the time for the next dosage is close, it is recommended to skip the missed one now and resume your regular dosage pattern. Never increase your dosage without consulting your doctor.
