Here is how you should use Nepatop Clear Eye Drops:

• Ensure your hands are clean before handling the eye drops.

• Remove your contact lenses before using the drops.

• Tilt your head backwards and pull down your lower eyelid gently to create a small pocket.

• Hold the dropper close to your eye without touching it.

• Squeeze gently to release a few drops into the pocket created by your lower eyelid.

• Close your eyes and instil gentle finger pressure in the tear duct for 1-2 minutes.

• If a second drop is needed, wait at least 5 minutes before using.

• Replace the bottle cap immediately after use.

Amfenac works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes known as COX-1 and COX-2 which are responsible for producing prostaglandins – chemicals that cause pain, inflammation and swelling. By blocking prostaglandin synthesis, nepafenac effectively reduces inflammation post-surgery.
