Nervshine Gel should only be used externally. Use it according to your doctor's instructions for dosage and duration. Before using, read the directions on the label. Apply the gel after cleaning and drying the afflicted area. Unless your hands are the affected region, wash your hands after applying.

Nervshine Gel is made up of five different drugs. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines (NSAIDs) include diclofenac. It acts by preventing the release of pain and inflammation-causing chemical messengers (redness and swelling). Based on Capsaicin Rubefacients de-sensitize nerve endings, reducing pain, while also increasing blood flow to the affected area, providing a warm and soothing sensation. Menthol is a natural substance derived from peppermint oil. It causes the cold-sensing chemical messenger to be activated, resulting in a cooling effect. Methyl Salicylate is a natural component that blocks chemical messengers that cause inflammation (pain, redness, and swelling) (prostaglandin and thromboxane). Pregabalin is an alpha 2 delta ligand that reduces pain by altering nerve cell calcium channel function.
