Nosikind 0.1% Nasal Solution 10ml

Nosikind-0.1 % Nasal Spray is used for the following conditions:

• Clearing a blocked nose due to the common cold

• Managing symptoms of sinusitis, including nasal congestion

• Reducing nasal stuffiness caused by hay fever or allergic rhinitis

• Providing relief from upper respiratory allergies that lead to a stuffy nose

Here is how you should use Nosikind-0.1 % Nasal Spray:

• Clean your nasal passages by gently blowing your nose.

• Give the bottle a good shake before each use.

• Take off the protective cap.

• Slightly tilt your head forward.

• Make sure the bottle is upright and carefully insert the spray tip into one nostril.

• Close the other nostril with a finger. As you spray, inhale through the nose at the same time.

• Repeat this process in the other nostril.

• After use, replace the protective cap.

• Clean the spray tip with warm water and dry it before putting back the cap.

Nosikind-0.1 % Nasal Spray contains two active ingredients:

• Xylometazoline (0.1%): Being an alpha-adrenergic agonist, xylometazoline acts on the alpha adrenergic receptors in your nasal mucosa. It constricts the dilated blood vessels in your nasal passages, reducing inflammation and swelling of the mucosa and promoting sinus drainage. This action helps alleviate nasal congestion.

• Benzalkonium Chloride Solution (0.02%): This ingredient serves as a preservative ensuring the longevity and effectiveness of the spray.

• Keep your Nosikind-0.1 % Nasal Spray in a cool place, where the temperature not exceeding 30°C.

• Protect it from direct light and moisture.

• Always ensure it is out of reach of children.

• For managing nasal congestion due to allergies like hay fever, consider reducing your intake of foods known to trigger allergic reactions. These might include dairy products, gluten-containing grains, citrus fruits, eggs, and nuts.

• If your congestion is due to sinusitis, a warm water gargle may help soothe your throat and clear your nasal passages. Also, staying hydrated by drinking ample water throughout the day can aid in thinning mucus and draining sinuses.
