Novasoft Cream is used for the following:

• Alleviating dry and rough skin conditions,

• Managing symptoms of Xerosis, a condition causing dry, itchy skin,

• Providing relief in Ichthyosis, characterised by thickened, scaly skin,

• Helping to manage Eczema, an inflammatory condition leading to dry, cracked skin,

• Assisting in controlling Psoriasis, an autoimmune disorder causing dry and scaly patches on the skin.

Here's how you can use Novasoft Cream:

• Make sure your skin is clean and dry before applying the cream.

• Apply a thin layer of Novasoft Cream onto your skin as needed or as advised by your doctor.

• Gently massage the cream into your skin until it's fully absorbed.

• For maximum benefit, use the cream consistently as part of your skincare routine.

Novasoft Cream contains two active ingredients:

• Light Liquid Paraffin (6%): This substance derived from petroleum creates a barrier on your skin's surface, acting as an occlusive agent. It helps prevent moisture loss from your skin.

• White Soft Paraffin (15%): Another petroleum derivative that acts as both an emollient and occlusive agent in the cream. It assists in softening the skin while also preventing moisture from escaping.

These two ingredients work together to form an occlusive layer on the skin surface that reduces water loss, softens the skin and shields it from external irritants. This action helps manage various symptoms of dry skin conditions effectively.

• Store Novasoft Cream at room temperature, below 30°C.

• Keep the cream away from direct sunlight and heat to maintain its effectiveness.

• Ensure the cream is stored in a place inaccessible to children to avoid accidental consumption.

• Since Novasoft Cream is used to manage dry skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis, consider including omega-3 rich foods like fish, walnuts, and flaxseeds in your diet. Omega-3 fatty acids can help improve skin health and reduce inflammation.

• Avoid long hot baths or showers as they can strip your skin of its natural oils, leading to dryness. Instead, opt for lukewarm water and limit your shower time.
