Oflomac M Forte Syrup is used to manage the several health conditions, including:

• Urinary tract infections: Manages bacterial infections causing discomfort and frequent urination.
• Peritonitis: Manages peritonitis, which is the inflammation of the lining of the abdomen due to bacterial infection.
• Eye and ear infections: Relieves symptoms like redness, itching, discharge, and pain.
• Skin and soft tissue infections: Manages cellulitis, abscesses, and infected wounds.
• Respiratory infections: Manages bronchitis and pneumonia.

Oflomac-M Forte Suspension contains two active ingredients:

• Metronidazole (200 mg): Metronidazole is an antibiotic that kills certain types of bacteria and parasites. It works by getting inside these organisms and damaging their DNA. This causes them to die and be unable to reproduce.
• Ofloxacin (100 mg): Ofloxacin is an antibiotic that kills bacteria by stopping them from making DNA. It does this by blocking two important enzymes that bacteria need to copy their DNA and divide. This stops the bacteria from growing and spreading, which helps your child's body fight the infection.

• Store Oflomac-M Forte Suspension in a cool, dry place.
