Orofer Syrup contains Iron Polymaltose Complex (50 mg), which works on your body in the following ways:

• Controlled Absorption: The poly maltose covering in the complex allows for controlled release and absorption of iron, mainly in the upper parts of your small intestine. This reduces the amount of free ionic iron in the gut, helping prevent side effects.
