Otiflox New Ear Drops is a combination medicine used to treat bacterial and fungal infections of the outer ear (otitis externa) accompanied by pain, swelling, and discharge.
It contains neomycin, clotrimazole, beclomethasone, and lignocaine. Neomycin eliminates susceptible bacteria, clotrimazole destroys fungi, beclomethasone reduces redness and swelling, and lignocaine provides local pain relief. Tilt your head to the side and use the recommended drops into the affected ear canal as directed by your doctor.
Keep the ear dry during bathing, avoid inserting cotton buds or sharp objects into the ear canal, and gently wipe away excess liquid from the outer ear to aid recovery.
For otic (ear) use only. Do not use if you have a perforated eardrum or active ear discharge without consulting an ENT specialist. Inform your doctor if you experience severe ear irritation.
