• Make sure your hands are clean before using these ear drops.
• Lie down or tilt your head so that the affected ear faces upwards.
• Pull your earlobe gently to straighten the ear canal and facilitate better medicine penetration.
• Carefully instil the prescribed number of drops into your ear.
• Remain in this position for a couple of minutes to allow the medicine to permeate your ear canal.
• If advised by your doctor, repeat this procedure for your other ear.
