Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 Mg) + Telmisartan (40 Mg)

Directions for Use of Ozotel H Tablet 30

Here's how to take Ozotel-H Tablet:

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
The tablet can be taken with or without food, as per your preference.
Avoid breaking, crushing, or chewing the tablet.
Strictly follow your doctor's advice on the dosage and duration.
Do not abruptly stop taking this medicine without discussing it with your doctor first.
