• Drink a glassful (200 ml) of the prepared solution every 10 – 15 min, and continue to drink the solution to consume 1 litre in an hour.
• The first bowel movement is expected in approximately one hour.
• Continue drinking the remaining solution until the stool becomes watery (yellowish or colourless) without solid matter.
• Use the prepared solution immediately. Do not store the Peglec solution for later use.
• You may eat a light breakfast 2 hours before taking Peglec Oral Solution. 
• Do not consume solid food for 3 to 4 hours before drinking Peglec Oral Solution for best results.
• Continue drinking until the watery stool is clear and free of solid matter.
