It relieves pain caused by irritable bowel syndrome, intestinal or kidney stones, or other gastrointestinal conditions. Drotin DS Oral Suspension at a set time, either before or after food. It is advisable to give it to your child with food if he or she gets a stomach upset. The dose will be determined by the clinical condition, body weight, and age of your child. It is usually administered two to three times each day. The doctor will most likely start with a low dose of Drotin DS Oral Suspension and progressively increase it. Follow the directions for the dose, time, and method. If your kid vomits within 30 minutes of taking this drug, repeat the dose, but avoid it if the next dose is approaching.
