Riflux Fortz Chewable Tablet is used for managing the following conditions:

• Heartburn, a burning sensation in the chest caused by stomach acid flowing back into the oesophagus

• Acid indigestion, a feeling of discomfort or burning in the upper abdomen often accompanied by bloating, belching, and nausea

• Sour stomach, an upset stomach characterised by excessive acidity and discomfort

• Stomach upset, general discomfort in the digestive system that may include symptoms like bloating, nausea, and heartburn.

Here are some guidelines on how to take the Riflux Fortz Chewable Tablet:

• Do not swallow the tablet whole; ensure it is thoroughly chewed before swallowing.

• Ensure you drink a full glass of water after taking the tablets.

• Refrain from taking more than the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.

• If symptoms persist for more than 2 weeks despite taking this medication, please consult your doctor.

Riflux Fortz Chewable Tablet is taken orally.

Riflux Fortz Chewable Tablet consists of four active components that work together:

• Dimethicone (50 mg): As an anti-foaming agent, dimethicone reduces gas formation in the stomach and intestines. It breaks up gas bubbles, making it easier for you to pass gas.

• Magnesium Hydroxide (Milk of Magnesia) (250 mg): Another antacid present in the tablet is magnesium hydroxide, which neutralises stomach acid. Additionally, it has a laxative effect, which can help relieve constipation associated with an upset stomach.

• Aluminium Hydroxide (250 mg): This antacid ingredient neutralises excess stomach acid, thus providing fast relief from heartburn and indigestion.

• Aluminium Magnesium Silicate Hydrate (50 mg): This component not only has antacid properties but also helps protect the lining of your stomach from potential damage caused by excess acid.

• Ensure you keep the Riflux Fortz Chewable Tablet at room temperature, not exceeding 30°C.

• Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or moisture. So don't store it in your bathroom or near a window.

• Always keep the medicine bottle tightly closed.

• Keep this medicine out of reach of children.
