Roseday-A 10 Capsule is used for the following:

• Preventing heart attacks and strokes in patients with cardiovascular risk factors.
• Managing high blood cholesterol levels.
• Reducing the risk of death in those with a history of heart attack or unstable chest pain.
• Preventing ischemic strokes or mini-strokes, also known as transient ischemic attacks.
• Managing primary hyperlipidemia or mixed dyslipidemia, which are conditions characterised by high blood cholesterol and fat levels.
• Slowing down the progression of atherosclerosis in patients with elevated C-reactive protein and a history of coronary heart disease.

You should follow these directions when taking Roseday-A 10 Capsule:

• Swallow the capsule whole with water. Do not crush, chew, or open it.
• You can take this medicine with or without food.

Roseday-A 10 Capsule is taken orally.

Roseday-A 10 Capsule comprises two active ingredients:

• Aspirin (75 mg): As an NSAID, aspirin works by inhibiting the activity of an enzyme known as cyclooxygenase (COX). This enzyme is involved in producing substances that can cause pain, fever, and inflammation in the body. By blocking COX, aspirin reduces the formation of blood clots and prevents existing ones from growing larger.
• Rosuvastatin (10 mg): This statin inhibits an enzyme called HMG-CoA reductase in your liver. This enzyme plays a crucial role in cholesterol production. By blocking HMG-CoA reductase, rosuvastatin decreases cholesterol production, effectively reducing blood cholesterol levels.
