Rosuless F Tablet 15

Rosuless-F Tablet is used for the following:

• Reduction of high levels of LDL-C, total cholesterol, triglycerides and Apo B

• Increasing the amount of HDL-C in patients with primary hyperlipidaemia and mixed dyslipidaemia

• Management of severe hypertriglyceridaemia in adults

• Lowering the risk of pancreatitis in patients with severe hypertriglyceridaemia

• Helping to prevent cardiovascular diseases in patients who are at a high risk.

Here's how you should take Rosuless-F Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush or chew the tablet.

• It's fine to take this medicine with or without food.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor first.

• Remember, don't stop taking this medicine unless your doctor advises you to do so.

Rosuless-F Tablet is taken orally.

Rosuless-F Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Fenofibrate (160 mg): Fenofibrate activates a receptor in your body called PPAR α. This action helps increase the breakdown and clearance of triglyceride-rich particles from your blood. It also alters LDL particles making them larger and less dense - which makes them less harmful. Additionally, fenofibrate increases production of HDL-C and expression of Apo A-I and Apo A-II.

• Rosuvastatin (10 mg): Rosuvastatin works by competitively blocking an enzyme in your body called HMG-CoA reductase. By inhibiting this enzyme, rosuvastatin reduces the production of cholesterol in your liver. It also increases the number of LDL receptors on liver cells, enhancing uptake and breakdown of LDL. This action reduces total cholesterol, LDL-C, Apo B and non-HDL-C.

• Store Rosuless-F Tablet at room temperature, ideally between 20°C and 25°C.

• Protect it from moisture and avoid direct sunlight.

• Always keep this medicine out of the reach of children.

• Make sure to use the tablet before its expiry date.

• To help manage high cholesterol levels, incorporate fibre-rich foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet. These can help lower bad cholesterol.

• Regular physical activity, such as brisk walking or cycling for 30 minutes a day, can also help lower cholesterol levels and support the effectiveness of Rosuless-F Tablet.
