Rutoheal Tablet 10

Rutoheal Tablet is used in:

• Painful and activated arthroses (chronic joint wear)
• Soft tissue rheumatism
• Inflammation of the urinary and genital tract (urogenital tract)
• Superficial vein inflammation (thrombophlebitis)
• Swelling, inflammation or pain as a result of injury

• Swallow the entire tablet without crushing or breaking it. 
• Take it with or without food, but it is recommended at a fixed daily time for better results.

Rutoheal Tablet is taken orally.

Rutoheal Tablet contains the following ingredients:

• Trypsin (48 mg): It is a proteolytic enzyme that aids in breaking down proteins, promoting tissue repair, and reducing the build-up of inflammatory substances.
• Bromelain (90 mg): It is also a proteolytic enzyme that contributes to this tablet's effectiveness by providing anti-swelling and pain-relieving effects. Bromelain helps manage discomfort and supports the body's natural healing processes.
• Rutosid trihydrate (100 mg): It is a flavonoid that exhibits anti-inflammatory properties and helps reduce inflammation in the body, relieving swelling and pain associated with various conditions.

• Rutoheal Tablet should be stored at room temperature, at 25°C.
• Please protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Opt for low-impact exercises such as stretching, walking, biking, and swimming to strengthen muscles without exacerbating joint pain. Lift light weights to improve muscle strength.
• Incorporate supplements like glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, vitamin D, and calcium for joint health. Turmeric and fish oils are also beneficial for reducing inflammation.
• Ensure sufficient sleep, as it aids in reducing inflammation and swelling. For chronic arthritis or joint pain, include omega-3-rich fish like salmon, trout, tuna, and sardines to minimise inflammatory chemicals.
• Maintain proper sitting posture with back support and use a footrest if needed, limiting sitting time to 10-15 minutes to alleviate pain and inflammation.
